Top notch.

I saw Dr. Gilman for cosmetic work and recommend her highly. I saw her first for a consultation and then had two follow up appointments for botox and filler. She listened to my concerns and was straight up with me about the options. But most importantly for me, she was very conservative with the injectables. She layered more in the second appointment after seeing the results and how my face responded to the first round of injections. She took before and after pictures and has a exquisite attention to detail. She noticed that one side of my face was less full than the other, adjusted with filler, and the result is amazing -- I hadn't noticed the asymmetry but I definitely notice the difference and like the results. The results are subtle but spot on -- I look like I've had a regular 9 hours of sleep instead of 7 hours. I've had cosmetic procedures with another doctor at Manhattan Dermatology, but prefer and appreciate Dr. Gilman's precise and conservative approach to changes, and will be returning to her for procedures moving forward. Cannot recommend her more highly for cosmetic work if what you want is a natural look.
